At Jireh Creations, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns (For Physical Products)
- We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product was not delivered (after proper investigation)
Non-refundable items include:
- Digital downloads or services already delivered
- Sale or discounted items
- Personalized or customized items
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped or processed. If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for it to arrive and then request a return.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
